Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for everything that happens under your account. You are responsible for the users you invite and for making sure your team's use of the platform follows these terms.

Free trials require a valid payment method. Your card is not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription for the plan you selected begins automatically and your card is charged at the listed rate. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancelling stops future renewals; your workspace stays available until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
• Send spam, or contact people who have not agreed to hear from your business.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security or probe other customers' data.
• Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without written permission.
• Use automated scraping or place unreasonable load on the platform.

You own the business records you put into ContractorPro.io. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data so the platform and your AI employees can operate. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI employees generate estimates, schedules, messages, invoices and recommendations based on your data. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is sent to a customer, relied on for pricing, used for safety or compliance decisions, or filed for accounting or tax purposes.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change features or deprecate functionality; we will give notice of significant changes where we can.

ContractorPro.io is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, tax, safety or engineering advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including lost profits or lost data.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other customers, or fail to pay. We will give notice and, where reasonable, an opportunity to fix the issue before terminating.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, emailed to account owners. Questions about these terms go to info@contractorpro.io.
