Privacy Policy

ContractorPro.io provides an AI operating system for construction companies, contractors and home service businesses. When you create an account, we act as the service provider processing business data you choose to put into the platform. You can reach our privacy team any time at info@contractorpro.io.

We collect only what the product needs to work:

• Account information — name, email address, company name and sign-in identifiers (including Google sign-in when you choose it).
• Business records you create — customers, leads, projects, estimates, invoices, payments, schedule events, crews and activity history.
• Command Center content — the prompts and instructions you send to your AI employees and the actions they take on your records.
• Billing information — subscription status and plan details. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical data — log, device and error information generated when you use the app.

• To operate your workspace, dashboards, and AI employees.
• To process subscriptions, trials, invoices and payments.
• To send transactional email such as sign-in, password reset and account notices.
• To provide support and investigate issues you report.
• To keep the service secure, detect abuse and prevent fraud.
• To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

When you use the Command Center or an AI employee, the relevant records and your instruction are sent to our AI model providers to generate the response or perform the requested action. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records to train public foundation models. AI actions that change your records are logged in your activity history so you can review what happened.

We never sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the platform run:

• Cloud hosting, database and authentication infrastructure.
• Payment processing for subscriptions and trials.
• AI model providers for Command Center and AI employee features.
• Transactional email delivery from our own sending domain.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Data is encrypted in transit, workspace records are isolated per account with row-level database policies, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. See our security overview for more detail. No system can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We keep your workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you can export your records first; after account deletion we remove workspace data from production systems, other than records we must retain for legal, tax or accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@contractorpro.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Most of this is available directly in Settings; for anything else, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time — transactional emails about your account will still be sent. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Our legal bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (providing the platform and billing), legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing fraud, improving the product), consent (non-essential cookies and marketing email), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records). Where you are a customer using the platform to store details about your own clients and employees, you are the data controller for that information and we act as your processor; a data processing addendum is available on request at info@contractorpro.io.

Data may be processed in the United States by us and our sub-processors. Where a transfer leaves the EEA or UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

California residents — and residents of other US states with comparable laws — may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the service. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals for non-essential storage.

To exercise a right, email info@contractorpro.io from your account address, or have an authorized agent contact us with written proof of authorization. We verify requests against your account details and respond within 45 days, extendable once where permitted.

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

ContractorPro.io is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account owners by email.
