AI Disclaimer

Every AI employee — Reception, Sales, Estimating, Scheduling, Accounting and the rest — is an automated assistant built on large language models. They are named and presented as team members for usability, not to imply a human is responding. Anything an AI employee drafts on your behalf and sends to a customer is your communication, and you are responsible for disclosing automation where your local law requires it.

Language models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or fabricated information, including wrong quantities, prices, dates, code references and contact details. Treat every AI-generated estimate, invoice, schedule, message, report or recommendation as a first draft that a competent human must review before it is sent, relied on, filed or paid.

Review before use is mandatory for anything that:

• Sets or communicates a price, bid or change order.
• Goes to a customer, employee, subcontractor or regulator.
• Affects payroll, taxes, accounting entries or lien deadlines.
• Relates to jobsite safety, hazardous materials or code compliance.
• Creates, modifies or terminates a contractual obligation.

AI employees act with the permissions of the signed-in user and only within your own workspace — never more, and never across customers. They can read and write your records (for example creating a customer, drafting an estimate or scheduling a crew) when you ask them to. Every write is recorded in your activity log so you can see what changed and when.

To answer a request, the relevant portion of your workspace data is sent to our AI provider for processing and returned as a response. Your business records are not used to train public foundation models. Do not paste payment card numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information or other sensitive personal data into AI prompts.

AI features depend on third-party model providers and may be rate limited, temporarily unavailable, or changed as models are updated. The same prompt can produce different answers at different times. We do not guarantee any particular output, quality level or continued availability of a specific model.

The Command Center can accept voice commands using your browser's built-in speech recognition, which runs only while you explicitly activate the microphone. Your browser may transmit audio to its own vendor for transcription under that vendor's privacy policy. We do not record calls or listen in the background.
