Every customer, project, estimate, invoice and schedule record is scoped to your account at the database layer with row-level security policies. Requests are evaluated against your authenticated identity, so one workspace cannot read or write another workspace's data — including through the AI Command Center.
Sign-in supports email and password or Google. Sessions are managed by our authentication provider with automatic token refresh and revocation. Every application page behind sign-in is protected server-side, not just hidden in the interface.
All traffic to ContractorPro.io is served over HTTPS with certificates managed automatically. Application data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest provided by the hosting platform and regular managed backups.
Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We keep only your subscription status, plan and billing identifiers so the app knows what to unlock.
AI employees act with the same permissions as the signed-in user — never more. Every write an AI performs is recorded in your activity log so you can see what changed and when. Your business records are not used to train public foundation models.
Transactional email is sent from our own authenticated sending domain with SPF and DKIM in place, which protects deliverability and makes spoofed messages easier to detect. We will never email you asking for your password or payment details.
If you believe you have found a security issue, email info@contractorpro.io with steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate before disclosing publicly, and avoid accessing other customers' data while testing. We acknowledge reports and keep you updated through resolution.
