DMCA & Copyright Policy

Send all copyright notices to our designated agent at info@contractorpro.io with the subject line "DMCA Notice". A mailing address for service is available on request to the same address.

To be effective, your written notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

On receiving a compliant notice we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and will make a good-faith effort to notify the account holder who posted it, including a copy of the notice.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed an action seeking a court order.

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers, consistent with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
