Billing, Subscription & Refund Policy

Starting a trial requires a valid payment method. Your card is authorized but not charged during the trial period.

• The trial runs for 3 days from the moment you complete checkout.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged the monthly rate for the plan you selected.
• You can cancel at any moment during the trial and you will not be charged.
• One trial per company. We may decline repeat trials on the same card or domain.

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. Prices shown on the pricing page are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Your receipt is emailed each billing cycle.

Cancel yourself at any time — no phone call, no retention queue. In the app go to Settings → Billing and open the billing portal, then choose Cancel subscription.

• Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately.
• Your workspace stays fully available until the end of the period you already paid for; after that it becomes read-limited rather than deleted.
• If you can't reach the portal, email info@contractorpro.io from your account address and we will process the cancellation for you.

Because you can evaluate the entire platform free before any charge, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not pro-rate partial months. We will issue a refund in these situations:

• A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge.
• A charge that occurred after you cancelled.
• A billing error on our side, or a sustained outage that prevented you from using the platform.
• Where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires one.

Request a refund within 30 days of the charge by emailing info@contractorpro.io with the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle, and features above the lower plan's limits stop being available at that point. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the renewal it would affect; continuing to use the service after that date accepts the new price.

If a charge fails, our payment processor retries over several days and we email the account owner. If payment is not resolved, access to premium features is suspended until the balance is settled. We do not sell overdue balances to collection agencies.

You can export your records at any time while your subscription is active — do this before you cancel. After cancellation we retain your workspace for a limited period so you can reactivate, then delete it in line with the retention terms in the Privacy Policy. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

Payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Card numbers are entered on their hosted checkout and never reach our servers; we store only your plan, subscription status and billing identifiers. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback, and disputes may result in suspension while they are investigated.
