Accessibility Statement

We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This covers the public marketing site, the sign-in and sign-up flows, and the signed-in application.

Conformance is a goal we continuously work toward. Some areas may not yet fully meet the standard; known gaps are listed below and are actively being addressed.

Accessibility features currently in place include:

• Semantic HTML structure with landmark regions (header, navigation, main, footer) on every page.
• A declared page language (lang="en") so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
• Every form field paired with a visible, programmatically associated label — no placeholder-only inputs.
• Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can always see where they are.
• Full keyboard operability for menus, dialogs, tabs and switches; dialogs trap focus and close with Escape.
• ARIA roles, names and states on interactive components (dialogs, switches, toggles, alerts).
• Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed 4.5:1 for body text in both light and dark themes.
• Text that remains readable when zoomed to 200% and layouts that reflow on small screens.
• Descriptive page titles and headings in a logical hierarchy on every route.
• Form validation errors announced in text next to the field, never by color alone.

ContractorPro.io is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) together with common assistive technologies, including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, voice control software and switch devices. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date for the best experience.

We are aware of the following areas and are working to improve them:

• Some highly visual dashboards (scheduling boards, kanban views, charts) are inherently graphical; we provide text alternatives and table-like data where practical, but the experience may differ from the visual layout.
• Third-party content embedded in the product (for example payment checkout or connected-service widgets) is operated by those providers and may have its own accessibility characteristics.
• Older generated documents may not yet include full tagging for screen readers; newly generated printable documents use clean, structured markup.

Please include the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you were using if applicable. We aim to acknowledge reports within 1 business day and to resolve confirmed barriers as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate concerns to the U.S. Department of Justice (ada.gov) or, for Section 508 matters, the U.S. Access Board. We would always prefer the chance to fix the issue directly first.
