Most contractors are live in under two weeks. Setup imports your customers, jobs, price book and open invoices, starts the AI team in approval-only mode, and then widens permissions one capability at a time. There is no implementation fee.
A typical two-week rollout
- Days 1–3: import customers, jobs, price book and open invoices
- Days 4–7: connect email, calendar, payments and accounting
- Days 8–10: run estimating and invoicing in approval-only mode
- Days 11–14: widen AI permissions on the workflows that proved out
