# CRM & Lead Management

Every lead answered in minutes, not days

An AI receptionist and sales lead that capture every web, email and form inquiry, follow up instantly and keep your pipeline moving without you chasing anyone.

## Benefits
- **24/7 inbound coverage:** Web, email and form inquiries get answered and triaged around the clock.
- **Relentless follow-up:** Leads stay warm with sequenced follow-ups until they decide.
- **One customer record:** Every job, estimate, invoice and message lives on the customer.

## How it works
1. Connect email and web form sources
2. Leads land in the pipeline with AI triage
3. Follow-ups run automatically until a decision
4. Won leads convert into projects instantly

## FAQs
Q: Can it re-engage old customers?
A: Yes — the AI flags customers who haven't been serviced recently and drafts the outreach.

Q: Do I keep control of what gets sent?
A: You choose which sequences run automatically and which need your approval.
