# AI Estimating & Proposals for General Contractors

AI estimating built for general contractors

From scope note to proposal-ready estimate in under a minute — with your labor rates, sub pricing and markup rules baked in, so every bid protects margin across your whole job portfolio.

## Why it works for this trade
- **Change orders priced instantly:** Scope changes get repriced and re-sent the same day, so nothing gets built for free and clients approve before work starts.
- **Bid more jobs without more estimators:** Your AI estimator drafts the line items; you review and send. Bid volume goes up while estimating overhead stays flat.
- **Margin checked on every line:** Estimates are built against your labor, materials and markup rules — no more winning jobs that lose money.

## A day in the life
A client texts a scope change mid-project. Your AI team drafts the priced change order in seconds, you approve it from your phone, and it goes out for signature before the crew reaches that phase.

## FAQ
Q: Can it handle allowances and multi-phase bids?
A: Yes — estimates are structured line by line, so allowances, phases and alternates all price cleanly and convert into the project budget when accepted.
